1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the site or purchasing any cheat, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. We may update these terms as the service evolves — continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you’re legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Don’t share licenses — each purchase is for a single user unless stated otherwise. If something looks off, contact us immediately.
4. Cheats & licenses
All cheats are digital and delivered electronically. A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software as described on its cheat page. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the software.
- Resell, sub-license or share access without written permission.
- Use the software to violate any law or third-party rights.
We retain all ownership and intellectual property rights. You get a license to use — not ownership of the code.
5. Payments
Prices are listed at checkout and may change without notice. We accept Debit & Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and BTC through our secure platform. Payment is processed by third-party providers — we never store your card details. A license is issued once payment is confirmed by the provider.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to breach security, overload the servers, scrape content, or interfere with other users. We may suspend access for violations, with or without notice.
7. Disclaimers
The software is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it undetected and functional, but no software is ever guaranteed against every detection method. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Use it at your own risk and within the rules of any platform you use it on.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AltCheats is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use — or inability to use — the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the cheat in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
